Bob Santee has been the president of Denning-Santee Construction Company since 1984. A Lawrence native, Mr. Santee is a charter member and three-term president of the Lawrence Homebuilders Association. 

In addition to his many years on the Board of Directors of Alvamar Country Club, he served on the Board of Directors for Hand Addition, a 32-unit affordable housing development built by the Lawrence Homebuilders Association in cooperation with the City of Lawrence and the Lawrence Housing Authority. Having recently served on the Board of Zoning Appeals for the City of Lawrence, Bob maintains a close working relationship with the City of Lawrence. •     Raintree Montessori School Complex, a $3M campus project consisting of a primary school building, multiple secondary education buildings, swimming pools, sport courts and walking trails.

•     Cherry Hills at Alvamar, for which Mr. Santee developed and constructed 45 home sites ranging in price from $250,000 to $750,000.

•     Parkside Addition, for which Mr. Santee developed and constructed 38 homes ranging in price from $150,000 to $500,000.

•     Rainbolt Office Building, a 16,000 square foot medical and commercial​office space.
